This workshop will help you as a student or as a parent or caregiver to:

·         Understand and manage the normal emotions and conflicts that result from this major transition.

·         Increase communication and problem-solving skills.

• Create a plan for what to do when faced with situations regarding relationships, healthy choices, academics and finances.
